Shipping

Shipping Policies-U.S. Customers:

  • Shipping rates are weight based and are calculated at checkout.
  • Please allow 1-3 business days for processing on all orders.
  • Items are shipped via UPS GROUND, USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail.
  • All shipping charges are non-refundable.

Shipping Policies-International Customers:

  • Shipping rates are weight based and are calculated at checkout.
  • Please allow 1-3 business days for processing on all orders.
  • Items are shipped via First Class Package International, Priority Mail Express International or Priority Mail International.
  • All shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • International orders include tracking but do not include the costs of import duties, taxes, tariffs or customs. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and must be paid at the time of delivery.

Lost/Damaged By Postal Service:

  • We are not responsible for any errors made by the postal service. If you do not receive your order due to postal error, you may file a claim with the postal service. Thank you for your understanding with this.

Returned Mail:

  • If a package is returned because the address provided to us was incorrect, we are not responsible for the cost of re-shipping. The buyer will be contacted for the correct address and the buyer will need to re-pay shipping and handling costs before we will be able to reship the item.

Refused/Unclaimed Mail:

  • If a delivery is refused by a recipient or unclaimed for any reason, the order will not be refunded unless the package returns to Second Bite Boutique. When the package is returned, a refund will be issued for the cost of the items only. Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE.
