Do you have a clothing condition guide?

  • Yep. We sure do. Here ya go.....
    • New With Tags (NWT): Unwashed, unworn merchandise with tags attached.
    • New Without Tags (NWOT): Unwashed, unworn merchandise without tags attached.
    • New With Tags (Flawed): Unwashed, unworn merchandise with tags attached with manufacturer flaws and/or damage. Flaws will be listed in the product description.
    • Like New: Item that has not been worn, but may have been washed, or may be missing garment tags. 
    • Great Pre-owned Condition: Item that has been worn but shows no/very minimal obvious signs of wear.
    • Gently Used: Item that has been worn and shows sign(s) of wear, ie: minor pilling, minor fading, fraying etc. Imperfections will be listed in the product description.
  • While we do our absolute best to provide product descriptions and photos that are as accurate as possible, we cannot guarantee that descriptions and images are 100% complete or error free. If you feel any item you have purchased is not as described, please contact customer support

What is your return policy?

  • We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that some things just don't work out as planned. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it to us for a full refund less any shipping charges. Returns must be delivered to us within 14 days of the date you received the item(s). [Ex: If you received your order on the 1st of the month, it would need to be delivered back on our end by the 15th.] We cannot accept returns made more than 14 days after the item was received. Please note that all clearance items are final sale.
  • Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in the condition they were received or they will not be eligible for refund. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s). Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
  • To make a return, please contact us to request a return authorization. Please include the order number and item(s) you wish to return.

  • Shipping rates are weight based and are calculated at checkout.  Please allow 1-3 business days for processing on all orders.
